I was thinking that perhaps someone could look at the specification provided by Yahoo! and someone may able to know somewhere.

You are still not very clear what you need from us. What is the problem?

Do you want that fan or another one? and why?

I should be easy to find a fan/heatsink for an AMD cpu. Just about any sold now will work with the 1.3 Ghz. Duron.

Just go to any local computer store and ask then for a AMD cpu cooler for above 1.3 ghz.

I agree with Somebody1234, many decent combos out there to do the job. Personally I'd go with a copper fin heatsink/fan combo, better cooling from copper.
