Labouring

I have to get up in 6 1/2 hrs (tm) to do a days labouring toorrow to help build a a patio and a wall :dabs:

Yeah, what pisses me off more is after 5.5 hrs kip last weekend I rung my friend who i'm working for to sk what time we;d be meeting up and he said we wouldn't as he hadn't been to bed yet :frusty:

TBh this week i have been having the best nights sleep i have had in well,as long as i can remember. For example i went to sleep last night about 11.30 and woke up at 8.20 this morning, admittedly i was an hour late for work but ...
