There's 3 ways - upload, get invited or donate.

In fact, its pretty easy.
Look for a very recent torrent with guarenteed success. Example the new Desperate Housewifes. Goto Mininova or another site and d/l it from there. Be sure it has the same size as the one @ TVTorrents.
Once you get it, you can u/l @ TVTorrents (=seeding) and there ya go.
