Movie Split

I want to burn the downloaded Divx Movies. But most Divx.avi files are larger than 700 MB. So I want to split these files in half and burn them in two CDs. Which application should I use to split the avi files? any recommendation ?

Use either VirtualDUB or NanDUB: CLICK HERE (http://www.dvdrhelp.com/virtualdubedit.htm)

But if it's just a few megabytes too long you can cut off the credits at the end or you can overburn it to a CD-R
