They give out invites every week or so to Power Users, and since the site has something like 100,000 members of which maybe 60,000 are power users, invites are quite often and distributed. They also don't have penalties for inviting bad people (I think), like OiNK where they might diable your invites. This makes for a pretty good site in my opinion; sure, maybe not the best but certainly up there.
