Norbits is an excellent tracker. I already have it though. Polishtracker- eh, pretty good.

Well it is always debateable which tracker is better- but I will bring up how it affects me and why I think it is better (you may think PT is better, that is fine, you are entitled to your opinion)

Polishtracker:
1390 torrents total
130 dvd-r torrents

Norbits:
5,838 torrents total
1579 dvd-r torrents AND 345 dvd-r/TV torrents (there are like boxsets of series- ie, Simpsons Season 6)
Combined DVDs- 1924 torrents total
