Medal Of Honor Patch Won't Detect Mohaa

I tried to apply the patch, but it says "could not find the UK or US version of Medal of Honor Allied Assault on your computer Setup will now exit" I tried copying the patch to the same directory and putting all of the MOH in the computer path but no luck. I imagine it is a registry entry.
