what happened to gddr4? where's the 1gb of vid ram? POW! why's my electric bill so high? oh yeah, it's cuz 2xg80 = 800w/psu. well, at least we got dx10, hdcp compliant & shader model 4.0. scheduled to retail 2nd week of november.

Yeah, what I've read about it so far makes me glad I decided to wait for the second gen of DX10 cards.

While the 7900 and 7800 series launched with GT and GTX suffixes, G80 will do away with the GT suffix. Instead, NVIDIA has revived the GTS suffix for its second fastest graphics product—a suffix that hasn’t been used since the GeForce 2 days.WtF :lol: who cares ffs!
