for tv torrents with full seasons in one torrent file
or single episodes with great speed even if they are a bit old?

i want a site with only tv episodes\packs
but i want the site to have good speed even to the old episodes

Yes they have English episodes
Mainly most of the content with English or dual audio (Deutsch & English) and some with German dubbed audio only
