Quitting is bad. Fact.
I almost quit yesterday.
Went to softball practice w/o sparkin a single cig.
Got pumped up and decided to play shortstop.
There were a few league guys that hit the ball about 300 mph.
My right leg is now hamburger.
Scrapes up and down my lower leg, and a big ass bruise on my inner thigh.
(Almost took a shot to teh bawls.)

Moral:
Lack of niccotine = bad decisions.
