Does anybody know how to format c drive using Partition Magic Pro

you can't format your Windows drive if your using windows

go to http://www.bootdisk.com , download a boot floppy, boot from said floppy and type format C: at the prompt.

Are you re-installing windows? If so just reformat at windows setup.
