Hello Jimi...,

NewsHosting's Usenet service is working good right now.
I encountered this problem long time ago.
According to Frequently Asked Questions (http://www.newshosting.com/support/faq/#7) it's solved by changing port number from 119 to 23 or 25, or even 7000...
NewsHostings as you typed should be NewsHosting without a 's'

I had a problem where I could only open one connection but switching the port number allowed the 8 i normally use.
