nero crashes

i can't figure out what the problem is but, when i click on the video file i want to add in nervision express, nero crashes. i have tried restarting nero and trying again, but it still does the same thing. it also gives me a message saying that this application is still running. i click ok, then it minimizes to the system tray. what can i do?

Nero is not the best program for Video burning as most would think , sadly it does n't help your problem tho . Can you give more info on the type of video file your trying to burn ? So many different programs to try, if we new what format your burning it makes it easy ? :)
