Well, do ya boys n' girls...

I get 3-4 servings a day, which isn't too bad.

Moral of the poll is to remind you to eat your vegies. First post that contributes to the forum:01:!!!

i dont like any vegat all ,which is not a good example for my kid as she wont eat them either ,but used to when she was younger

are you counting fruit and vegetables?, i try to eat at least a serving of veg per meal even if its just ketchup.

Ketchup is actually very good for you because the lycopene in the cooked and macerated tomatos is in a more readily usable form than in raw ones.

So he's right. Ketchup does count as a vegetable.

organic ketchup, usually darker red than conventional ketchup, averages 60 percent more lycopene. :o

I didn't show you a penis, I showed you a picture of some scrotal defects. And very nice they were too. There just happened to be a penis in the picture to accompany said defective scrotal sac. :shifty:

i actually take a veggie pill everyday. i dont like veggies unless it has melted cheese on them.
melting cheese is a nightmare to clean.
