Guys, he wants a pic of the phone.:ermm:
....to make an icon.
And to go along with everyone else, you should get a Moto Q.

Those aren't even in the same ballpark of the quality I'm looking for.
When you make an icon from an existing image, the quality has got to be perfect or there is too much image destruction.
Making an icon the size of the original image or something, then?
If not, you are a strange, strange person if you think that something like this (http://www.itnewsonline.com/images/news/Samsung-t809-ss.jpg) won't do for a decent icon.
That won't make a very good icon. I tried one similar.
I found one that did OK though. ;)
So what size is the icon supposed to be, then?
I found an image of a similar size as the one you linked, but much better quality.
You need to follow the same premise with any image you're going to be shrinking to such a small size. If there's any blurriness at all, then the image will appear very blurring once the size has been reduced.
To answer your question, the PNG I created my icon from, I reduced to 128 x 128.
Heres a high quality pic of a "cell"

wank some "Phoam" on to it.
No thanks required

You're arse about tit mate :no2:
Reducing the size of a blurred image will sharpen it. (to some extent)
Not very good demo, but watch :-
