1. How can I split one DVD9 and burn it as 2 DVDs?
2. How can I combine 2 DVDs (DVD - part A & B) and burn it as 1 DVD?
3. How can I combine different contents of DVDs (eg movie 1, 2, 3...) and burn it as 1 DVD?
4. What's the best DVD converter which supports many formats and can convert from/to DVD formats (viewable in DVD player)?

Thanks. :)

Try here (http://www.videohelp.com/).

While yes this is a filesharing community with alot of knowledge base, these are questions that have been answered a hundred times. You may find many of the answers you seek here, however you will find the most information from the link I posted above. They have helped many of us learn the basics of DVD editing.

Meanwhile would you mind recommending software which you think is the best to do the above job?
I heard that some software are sometimes buggy and can create a bad burn (not the fault of the DVD burner, but the software whic does splitting, combining etc.).
