I actually prefer low lactose milk just because it's sweeter. I rarely drink milk, though.

Lactose intolerant?

I looked that up and it just gives ya the shits, stomach ache and gas.

I find when I drink it it sticks to me throat, specially that bulls milk.

I am lactose intolerant though.

If I drink more than half a wee cup of skimmed milk a day I get really bad stomach ache.
But I have it with my cereal in the morning

Then what's the mystery?

Seems you know all you need to know, Skweeks.

Although it sucks to love milk and have to avoid it-do any of the alternative concoctions work for you?

I grew up guzzling milk...don't know what I'd do if I couldn't drink it.

Because I never had the dry throat thing before and I never heard of it being a sign of lactose intolerance.

It's just odd

So I'm wondering what exactly caused the dry throat

What happens if you drink water after the milk?
