BitMe is real good with ebooks. Oink has a lot as well. Not sure of any with magazines though.

the magazines are not pdf but exe but its a great exprience reading it its almost you have the real one for me its better than pdf format if oyu still didn't try it

the magazines there are not updated like Pashimoon (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/../../members/pashimoon-134156) said but the way they are i mean the exe is good i liked it
