Both puretna and cheggit are great except registration is closed for cheggit at the moment. I haven't seen arab porn though on both those sites. Thier is some inonesian porn though that have thier head covered if thats close enuff.

Also if your tastes are a little 70s & screwed up :P Tracker3 (http://tracker.zaerc.com/) has some pretty heavy stuff. Not many seeders though. Otherwise cheggit and empornium are pretty great (considering I like mostly classic and softcore stuff)
