ScT Problem

I recently acquired an invite but when I click the link I get a page that says "sorry, signups are closed." Can anyone help me figure this out? I'm thinking the invite may be invalid or not even real to begin with, but what doesn't make sense about that is it was freely given out as opposed to traded, meaning there's no reason to scam.

I asked him. He doesn't know why it won't work.

it has nothing to do with the amount of users, and the the invite isn't invalid either. one of my invitees had the same problem a while back, so i tried his invite code at one of the computers at school and i was able to get through to the signup page... my guess is they might be blocking some ips from registering.

Acctually sometimes the invite scripts bork.
(Does it randomly but not that often.)

Or
How long after receiving the email did you wait before you clicked the link to verify? Ussually if you wait 1-3 days it will delete the pending invite.(think SCT its 3 days pending.)
