I am with NTL and have a free but a wee bit limited access to the usenets.

If I pay for something like Newzbin will that just give me access to nzb files which will still have to be on the NTL usenets, or will it give me access to a wider variety.

In essence would newzbin give me more usenets to choose from or just files to assist in downloading those I alreadies have.

Sorry if that's too technical.

You'll only be able to download what NTL has so you'll find some nzb files won't download everything or, in some cases, they won't download anything. Though it depends on how good NTL's usenet is, something of which I have no clue. I found Bluyonder with Newzbin very hit and miss.

Newzbin is a great compliment to a usenet provider like Newshosting or Giganews, basically every nzb file will work with them.

I moved to Giganews because Newshosting complained to me about using too many open connections, stupidly they complained about it a day before my renewal was due so I switched out of spite.
