First you need to download BitTorrent(DOWNLOAD IT HERE) (http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/bittorrent/bittorrent-3.2.1.exe), and then the Torrent file, then double-click at the torrent file and BitTorrent will start downloading ;)
