Rss With Azureus

i have recently heard about the option
to download automatically new releases
with RSS feed
im using azureus and i know they have a plug-in for rss
i have downloded it
but i need some instructions
how to configure it to a certain tracker
and how to use the filters....
if anybody knows how
please help me
