Please advise of best screenshot software to capture snapshot of my upload ratios etc for future reference.
Something nice and easy I hope

just hit print screen and paste in paint. why install software if u don't have to?

WinSnap (http://www.ntwind.com/software/winsnap.html) - another nice one.
