Yes it's your real PL with the cheat on. See this description from RN's Read Me:
There is no use in records, the cheat gives everyone the SAME PL. If you turn off the cheat, it'll still show your real PL. The highest is around 19000, which I have seen before.

Name: DebugShowRealPL
Default: 0
Description: If non-zero, K++ will allow you to see your true PL. Note that
this PL changes with time, so don't be alarmed! It will always
be greater than 1000 even though you'll see it decreasing
almost every second. The smallest PL is about 9500, and the
highest is twice that, or about 19000. I think it's 19000
starting on thursdays, and 9500 the day before. The reason it
decreases with time is that Sharman Networks didn't like
people backing up their PL from the registry and restoring it
when it wasn't 1000.

To see your real PL, do it from the registry or download Beta 4 KL extensions.

You can't have PL greater than 19210.

Yeah, but the PL depends on the time, so the fun of posting records won't last forever. :P
