Best Software For Editing Photos

Was wondering if anyone knows a good photo editing program that has all the features including something to get rid of red eyes in a photo.

photoshop has to be about the best picture editor about.

or you could try the gimp (http://www.gimp.org)

it is a lot smaller and free.

photoshop 7 is good takes a bit of time to get used 2 though

Treat yourself to Photoshop Elements 2. Excellent easy program to use.

Picasa (http://www.lifescapeinc.com/picasa/) has a good red eye remover, and an automatic picture enhancer too. It's more of a photo album than an editing program, though.
