Ringu Divx

Hi,

I downloaded a Ringu divx(700 MB) but when I try to run it windows media player shows "Windows Encountered an unknown error", I'm using divex codec version 5.03 and the latest version of windows media player, my OS is XP.

I'd really appreciate the help, thanks

Uninstall DIVX
Download the K-Lite codecpack (link) (http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/0001/klcodec203rc13b.exe)

you should try downloading the new codec pack from kazaa lite it covers most films
codec can be a real pain in the arse
