In your case (or post): choose Edit option, Go Advanced, Manage Attachments or Imageshack Image Hosting: choose the file and then press upload.

so am i gonna have to take an actual picture of my screen, then download it to my computer, then upload it to a image hosting site.

Maybe i should be asking this. Where do i find my ratio and other info. Then how do i copy this info.

You use a screen capture program. There are many of them but I like this: http://www.ntwind.com/software/winsnap.html

It's easy to use, you should see the options for selecting a part of the screen.

Or you could press the print screen button when you are viewing your ratios on the torrent site and then paste to paint and edit what you need to for example your ip address to be removed....passkey and username.
