spy sweeper or trend micro's spy subtract

which is better---there both 20 bucks right now and i need some new spyware program. i have trend micro and whenever i run a sweep it catches spyware, but then i think its not blocking any spyware in the first place. so im thinking of getting spy sweeper. what does everyone recommend?
