Answers:

1. I used a program called Aston (http://www.astonshell.com) (plus a few hours of customizing)

2. The menus have settings that can allow them to be dropdown or stationary. I chose stationary just to show what's in all of em for now.

Aston Shell (http://www.astonshell.com/index.htm)

:) Is that it?

yea, btw I really had to do some exploreing because i found out the top panal plugin's programs and stuff setup is sorta hidden.

Here's how to customize it:

First, right click on the top panal and choose properties. A window should open. Click on TreeTopPanel. You'll see a box with "...". Click on it and you will have the propeties box where you can play with the colums and icons.

Uhm, I downloaded "Aston". I dont understand anything. It says "choose shell". I chose "Aston" and it removed my background.

I still dont understand. :(

NOTE: I could not find the properties menu.

Listen up folks,

You probably got version 1.8.2, and there's no workin serial on the net for it yet cause it came out like 10-18 days ago.

Search for 1.8.1 on Tocuws and you will get it...then the serials will work.

I had the 1.8.2 version up & running but could'nt find icons for programs such as Thumbsplus. I see in your pic you have them for ZoneAlarm, Window Washer etc etc etc. Did you edit these yourself or get them somewhere else?

PS. thanks for sharing this with us :)

I made them myself... those are text over a layout... i didnt just waste "alot" of time going into photoshop and making a button for each program lol. Still took some time to type each one and set the program path etc.

i've been messing around with this and i think i got most all of it down. But how do u get it to show uptime and free ram and stuff like that...did it come with a theme and is there a way i can do that :D

ohh and did u use an already made base theme if so which one? or is it all from scratch

I used some stuff from a few themes...combined the best.. added my own stuff.

goto Aston Shell (http://www.astonshell.com)'s Themes section. Download a few, some are quite nice.

that what i tried to do on mine is mix and match themes lol but havent quit got it all down yet somethings just look funky... you should package your theme if u can figure out how to and maybe throw in a few more wallpapers :D
