Looking 4 filehost that let chmod 777

I am trying to make a website and I need to put some folders chmod 777.
Also the site need to let me have empty folder upload.

I don't know too much about this but I need to put some folder into the storage with other files. Some places wont let me upload just a folder. Some places will let you create a folder, and other place I seen can allow me to select all my files and upload as 1 big one (Including folder)

Well some of the things your trying to do its just a matter of using the correct FTP client with the supported features. Im asuming your using ftp storage?
