View Full Version : startup command
how do you set a program to start automatically during startup? is there like an advanced option in msconfig or a command in cmd?

Try StartupCPL. It's a pretty good application that does the job nicely.
Why not simply make a shortcut to the program and dump it in the startup folder?
because i want to be able to not waste 2 minutes waiting for my system to load during startup and trying not to be late for work just so i could click an icon. i'll try Frequel's suggestion.

Why not just do what 100% said. That will work. The shortcuts in the "Startup" folder are automatically executed on startup

That's what it's there for.
