ok here's the deal i love downloading LEGAL porn of Kazaa i have no problem admitting this...

But when i download what i think is legal porn and it turns out to be CHILD PORN this realy makes me sick - right now iam so angry - I spend my time ripping DVD's & ripping software - sharing every type of media file and genrally trying to be a good Kazaa user but when this happens to me i really want to see P2P's especially kazaa banned..

the sick fuck that would actually do this is below human they are not even animals their just sick scum who i hope die a slow death...

Currently i have lost all respect for kazaa and some of the users ....

I guess the only thing you can do is be careful when downloading pr0n if you really have to.

Not much point attacking K-Lite folks though, they&#39;ve done more to stop it in their releases than Sharman Networks ever have. And at the end of the day, because of the decentralised nature of the Fast Track network, it&#39;s not the guys who provide the network that are responsible, it&#39;s a few sick f***s. I agree with you..as I&#39;m sure the majority of people on this board do. I remember a post not long ago from a woman that had JUST downloaded KL that afternoon, and was downloading what she THOUGHT was a Disney cartoon for her 4 yr old..who thank god, was NOT sitting at the computer with her mother.. when I read that post, I seriously wanted to kill the sick bastard that did it.

THAT post upset so many people on this board that a CP filter was incorporated into the next build.. shortly thereafter, we had a guy complaining in a post that the version of k-lite he had downloaded was "censored".. not realising that the filter was set to only prevent accidental downloads of CP, it had no effect on regular porn.. I wish the bastard had died of his embarassment&#33;

Unfortunately, the members and administrators of this board have no control whatsoever over what people have on their computers, or what they (mis)name their files.. I can tell you this though.. there ARE quite a few members of this board,including myself, who WILL and DO report this whenever it is discovered in someones shares. I was going to post a link but Benno beat me to it.

Like I have siad before. This P2P technology is nice, but it has its down falls too.

The internet, again, has created a whole new breed of sickos, who would have never been, or even thought of being invovled in such ill activity.

10, 15, 30 or even 100 years ago, who would have thought that you can be doing something illegal in the privacy of your own home, and not actually realize you are breaking the law? Yea, it is illegal to download copyright stuff to begin with, then to only find the content is also illegal. (Remember, shareware and freeware is exempt). To top things off, the illegal stuff is just DATA (bits) stored on a magnetic disk. A non-tangible commodity, literally invisible, just a concept until translated onto a video monitor (or printer), via computer console.
