very slow downloads

hi i am having a huge problem with my downloads problem is

THERE NOT BLOODY DOWNLOADING

i am using utorrent and up till now have not had a problem but for the last two weeks i have been trying to download episodes of overhaulin and despite having over 4000 seeds and over 2000 peers i have only got to 97% i am also trying to get lost season 3 episode 5 with same amount of seeds/peers and same result although i do have 10 downloads live even if i stop all bar one still doesnt get any better i am getting real pissed off here please any help would be appreciated thank you

most likely you picked up a virus from all the porn you have been downloading.

try extracting the files. The download might have been already completed.

Stop downloading the .sfv and .nfo files i.e. Set their priority to “Do Not Download”.

or Try using another client to complete the download.
