It has to be that damn song Bobby Mcferri did in the 80's (when I used to listen to the radio). There was no escaping the damn thing for months on end.

.......Yuck! The memory of that song just made me cough up a hairball.......

Here you go:

Here's a little song, I wrote
I might want to sing it note for note
Don't worry, be happy
Every life we has some trouble
When you worry you make it double
Don't worry, be happy ho…
(Don't worry, be happy yeah)
Uh uh uh uh don't worry be happy….(4x)
I arco place who lay your head
Somebody came and took your bed
Don't worry, be happy
The land lord say your rent is late
Hey may have to lit the gate
Don't worry, be happy (look at me I'm happy)
Uh uh…,don't worry, be happy
(I give you my phone no.
When you worried call me
I make you happy) oh…
Don't worry, be happy
Ain't got no cash, ain't got no style
In gumble gull to make you smile
But don't worry, be happy
Coz when you worry your face will frown
In that will bring everybody damn
So don't worry, be happy…(5x)

Now then, this song I wrote
I hope you learn it note for note
(Like good to children) don't worry, be happy
Listen to what I say in your life inspect some trouble
When you worry you make it double
Don't worry, be happy…(7 times…till fade)

Tchau!

Gonna have to go with
Mansun - Inverse Midas/Anti Everything

Bit of a cop out really, its two songs with no gap ;)
It only came out in 98, so its not the song(s) :) i have heard the most,
but it is my all time favourite.
If you listen to the radio all day,
you hear all sorts of shite on a regular basis. :(

OMFG it was my n00b post!

Well i think my most listened song ever would have to be Blink 182 - Dammit, it isn't my favourite song ever, but i had the dude ranch CD since it came out and every now and again i get the urge to listen to some old school blink (before Travis the wanker).

These days i would say my most listened songs are: Social Distortion - Dear Lover, Mad Caddies - Days Away, Brand New - Sic Transit Gloria, Johnny Cash - Hurt & The Killers - Mr Brightside

4 way tie for me:

Phantom Of The Opera - Iron Maiden

The Heretic Anthem - Slipknot

Soldier Side + B.Y.O.B. - SOAD <-- I consider soldier side the intro to BYOB, so in actuality its one whole song... i've listened to those 2 songs sooo many times since mezmerize came out, fuckin insane amount of times.

and without a shread of doubt:

The entire VOLUME 3: SUBLIMINAL VERSUS - SLIPKNOT ALBUM<-- all songs are there are the best, so much more mature than their older albums.

Might be that song by Flash in (or is it "and") the pan.

The one that goes: "Seems I've heard the story all before...", well, it's either that or something by Nazareth or Black Sabbath, or possibly the Ramones.

Not sure which, my dad had a few songs he really liked to play on t'stereo when I was little.

Freebird ~ Leonard Skynard

It's was one of our main songs on our playlist,
I've played that a thousand times,
Damn that song has so much power & lift it's untrue, now play it to a crowd!
I was in a group called sanctuary at one time, CELEBS the bassist
local pubs only, did not do the clubs, old people... alert!
we did it just for the fun it, Just keeping it cool, and free beer!
but the trouble was we had too many managers and it went sour
it was such a shame as we were so good, But that happens a lot,
perhaps we should of had a third party as manager.
I was one crazy mo on the bass though :lips:

Good times :) Great song!

I find this topic interesting. There is a song on DDR Ultra mix 3 that i listen to all the time. ITs called butterfly. I always ride around playing that out of a pair of 12" Kicker Comp VRs. imagine how crazy that sounds. My friend actually thought i was gay for a while because i listened to that
