You may not use this site to distribute or download any material when you do not have the legal rights to do so. It is your own responsibility ...
all legal...everywhere :D

There actually are, since BT is also sometimes used to distributes files to take load off http servers.

Theres alot of other small torrent sites that are legal as well.
For instance Blizzard uses a tracker for their demo games for people to dl via bitorrant theres alot of other sites out there that do the same type of thing.

Yeah, and Blizzard also uses BT to spread their latest WoW patches. But they don't offer torrent files, they offer a seperate Blizzard-downloader. But you can use other tools to extract the torrents from this.

ok then you go ahead and be cool, and download free ware, and other non copyrighted material, with BT. When you can just use a normal server thats a hell of a lot faster.
