This Year's Uk Festivals

anyone doing the summer festivals in the UK this year? I'm probly gonna do the Leeds Carling Weekend...nearest to me, and some good bands playing..Blur,White Stripes, The Streets :D ...and thats just the Sunday :D . More info HERE (http://www.leedsfestival.com/pages/index.asp)

some of my family are going to see eminem sometime. i'm insanely jealous now that i know 50 cent will be there, i desperately want to go
but i can't afford to offer them a load of money for the tickets cos i'm a poor student

I also love to go see The WaldRock Festival (http://www.waldrock.nl/) [Holland], but none of my friends wants to come along, they dont like the music :(

You dont know my friends, they are not that much into rock, let alone metal and stuff ;)
But Type O Negative is performing......... so if i ever want to see them life, i have to go, maybe i go by myself, still thinking about it... :ermm:

your a brave man. last time i went there was so much trouble it was unreal. was within about 200 yards of a shooting and must have seen about 30 fights.

if you are gonna go make sure it is on the family day, stick to the main streets and go home about 6 before it gets dark.
