hi guys

iv got a weird prob.. just installed vista rc2 5744

i use grabit to download from my newgroup, grabit is set to download files to c:, program files, grabit, downloads although the disk space is going down, my files are not in the folder.. I'v searched the whole comp and nothing.. its like they are not there but disk space decreases. iv also changed the folder grabit uses to put the files and nothing also. :frusty:

any help would be much appreciated.

This is why i dont use Grabit, what is happenig is its not decoding the files. It's a bug that has been happening in many of there versions. Update your group list and it should decode them if not grab a seperate decoder and do them by hand.

This is UUDeview which is a decoder http://www.miken.com/uud/ when installed point at the folder in grabit and you'll see the files.

Oh and also Vista Final is out now so install that instead. :D
