Will i switch off the UPS power button after pc shutdown,

Or will i always keep ON the UPS power button

And does it consume any electricity if i keep turned on the UPS power button

If you want to screw with switching it off, then switch it off. Mine is always on.

The amount of electricity it uses is minimal. Do you unplug your alarm clock after you wake up? Silly isn't it?

Just leave it on. :)

Exactly. Don't forget to unplug your refrigerator, microwave, clocks, alarm clocks, VCR, DVD player, electric toothbrush, cell phone charger, coffee maker, and toaster.

Those little standby lights are energy suckers. :P

Good advice :)

But going back to the original question, you'd need to keep the UPS on, to ensure that the battery stays charged up.
