The download may have been corrupted. Although the file is huge, you should download again.

Don't use auto search more so much that you get disconnected - that almost always results in a corruption.

is the resume between sessions OK though? i thought that would look after supenode changes?

I still seem to get corruption there too. If I'm really looking for a corruption free download I start it downloaing and don't close the program til its finished.
