Well, VIPMusic does have a separate category for music vids. However, I must admit that most of the stuff upped in that category is alternative/rock vids.

i may be interested in audionews.ru .. can utake me a screenshot of the browse page so i can see what categories are on it ?

It's all scene releases, indeed. They're rather strict about that.
