I know that Ross does 120% of the admin work (the extra 20% is created by RealitY trying to 'help') but are the mods wanting him to do their job and delete spam too.

This shite has been here in EATB for two days now

Personally, I don't think there are enough mods anymore, especially if some of them don't even log in for a week...

n00bs spamming the lounge is one thing, but the spamming in the ERTB ( ) section is getting beyond a joke

This thread is a test.
Manker & Barbz passed.
The mods have trained us so well that we do the policing for them.
Now they just sit back and laugh.

Feck, when was it changed to Everything Related to the Bored?

===

Some mods just aint modding. A quick glance at the last posts they've made proves this - RF and Sara being the worst, but by no means only, offenders.

In the upcoming mod elections I'm going to vote in Barbie as admin, demote RealitY to mod and sack half the existing mod team to be replaced by a few of JP's accounts.

Here is another thread for the lazy stay-away mods to deal with: http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/games/t-wow-free-playstation-3-ninentendo-wii-139082#post1567041

I nominate Jagarga, I think he has the right mix of diplomacy and sensitivity to do well as a mod.

Tesco - Can you appoint new mods, or do you have to ask someone's permission?

Tesco - Can you appoint new mods, or do you have to ask someone's permission?Team decision BUT there's nobody to hire for the sections that actually need moderators... (aka bt invites section, it's all n00bs so who's there to mod it :frusty:).

Get one of the existing mods to do it. Or someone objective like Cheese.

Just ask a few of the more responsible members if they want to mod the BT Section, I'm sure someone will say yes (what about Peat?). It's no point hoping somebody will become a helpful contributor to that section, it's full of idiots and chancers for the most part. It really does need some modding though.

I have this image of him going into the BT invites section when on one of his rants, but with mod superpowers and running mad.

It would be carnage. Carnage I tell you. With the cursing and the swearing and the modulations.

When people involve religion, they tend to care.
