...a freeware program that allows me to resize a picture to a certain size? If so, could someone please provide me with a link. Thanks in advance.

Thanks VB, but I need to change quite a few different sized images to a specific size (like 200 x 200 maybe) and as far as I know Paint is a bit more fiddly with the percentages and all. I need something that I can just input my specifications and it changes it to that.
