Rank 4 and 5 sites

What are they? What's with the asterisk. Are the rank 4's and 5's torrent sites or mostly direct download sites and what's their difference between them and torrentbytes/ torrentleech/torrentdamage private group sites?

they are the hardest and rarest sites to get a invite or account on. They have asterisks in them because the owners of the tracker do not want the name of the tracker wondering around and the difference is they have smaller user groups some are way better then most trackers out there and some of them are all overhyped.
