Legal Copyright Question

The RIAA says it is illegal to share copyrighted material, I assume they are refering to whole entire songs. Is it illegal to share 10% or 25% of a song? If the answer is no, then perhaps someone could develop a programa to take advantage of this.

it must be funny becasue everything is copyrighted in life what about the letter "a" thats copyrighted many years ago lol :lol: we use that everyday and we dont get done for it

and yeah if its 25% of a song lets rip off 4 classic songs only 25% of each song put it together where fine we can say we ripped u all off :lol:
