hi everyone..
my problem is that some1 invited me for torrentleech and they have a bug there so i cant sing up.. 3 days have passed so am i going to lose my Invitation when weak is over as they say??

So what's the problem? If there's a bug, it's not your fault. Just save your passkey and re-submit it. Or...you could always ask the person who gave you the invite to invite you again, for s-he would know that you didn't get in.
