What Is The Best Gpu For $150?

Dear Friends at the K-lite board,

I really want to get a new GPU, or should I?

I currently have the Gforce MX 420 and think that it is okay.

I don't play ANY games, but look at a monitor for 8 hours a day+.

What do you think is a good GPU for appx. $150?

for that price you could get a geforce fx 5600 a great card, but it is more for gaming.

If you don't play games then you'd be wasting your money on a new GPU.
Get a good big monitor with high resolution capability and high refresh rate capability. This will be easier on your eyes.

Yeah, that's what some others have told me.

My refresh rate is @85 Hz, and I have a 19' FD Trinitron Monitor.

So, really, it would be a waste?
