Ace, cool, hip and funky.

Very simular to mine, does it also do the reclining thing.

I'm getting a PPC with built in satnav and an aluminum case to go with it. Basically coz I can't really justify getting a satnav, but I wanted a new PPC. So this way I get both.

And also wireless headphones. Radio ones like, to upgrade my IR ones.

We broke down and bought an XBox 360 and a couple of games. I needed something to cheer me up this week, even though I've only played it for about an hour total - the controller is too big for my wee hands. The boys are happy though, so that makes me happy. :)

Is this your entry in the "Girliest Post Of The Year" competition.

Oh, good idea. "... of the year" thread(s). That wouldn't be derivitive.

Last year I got for some of my family an Eltax DV-150 player,
The main reason was because it's a data player and will play all disks you put in it, divx, avi, etc.

This year Ebuyer have got The Wharfedale 3210 DIVX DVD Player @ £19.99

So I’ve grabbed a few and one for myself :)

It's excellent, plays all data like the Eltax unit, just burnt 6 films on a DVD data disk and it plays 100%

little unit at the top!

Well pleased

I just bought one of those from Ebuyer too, Baz. Ordered it yesterday, in fact. I lent one of my DivX players to teh missus' parents ages ago so they too can watch stolen filums.

Doesn't look like I'm getting it back so I decided to buy another one :emo:

Her not being forward thinking is, in this case, a good thing. Now her xmas pressie off you is sorted and for the bargain price of twenty squids and you won't have to piss about with converting .avis any more.

In fact, teh missus is in the front room watching Ice Age II via the gift of the Yamada DivX player that you told me to buy and the big telly.

She is also ironing, FYI.

Post a pic of her ironing, to show the burds here what they should be doing. Rather than playing on the interweb.

Can't.

I'm in wurk, like. She'd just started ironing and watching it when I left the house to come back to the office. I presume she's still there - both because she takes her womanly tasks seriously and because the film is about 90 mins long.

No, I already bought her a birthday present this year, she'll be expecting presents all the time if she gets two in one year.

(Also, I wurk for the government, as you know, and they don't pay very well so I don't have 20 spond to buy one anyway)

I was trying to rifle in a cheeky one from outside of the box - but I attempted too much swerve and, inadvertantly, ended up chipping it in at the back stick.
