I agree in the sense that, we dont need 20 threads of anything, that all ask, where, who, how, how much, is it real, whens it done, donkey, bittorrent, kazaa... all relating to the files, and what not.. but we have had that shit for the past two months, and they havent done jack to control it or merge it, even after constant requests...

i wanted to talk intelligently about the movie, with other fans, and people who have seen it, and not have to post in a where do i get this movie thread, from whom, how big is it thread... so i made one up, for that purpose... because i tell you what, once you see it... you will have 1000&#39;s questions... and why have to deal with them in some other thread, totally unrelated to that matter... hence my thread.


the only reason i assumed your thread was in correlation with my new topic, was because you posted it shortly after mine... and why not sooner... when the other bs threads about all this came around... hence my comments... and i also have no clue what this guy is talking about...

I dont know how much it costs to be honest, that was just a ball park figure. Im guessing it must go on how big the cinema is. I mean say its a 10 people at a time cinema then it aint going to be a lot is it. I have phoned up a few major Film Distributors in the uk but they dont sell to an independant like me. So that means I will have to find and independant Film Distributor to sell to me. I will rip it if I get it and put it on Klite. The file I posted above is real and is being shared on kazaa as we speak.. You have to check search more because it took me 30 mins of searching and I still am because I only have 2 sources for part 1 (4 kb/s) and one source for part 2 (1 kb/s =/ ) THIS COPY IS REAL. THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THEN THE VCD ON BITTORENT WHICH TAKES UP FUCKING 1.3 GIGS&#33;&#33; this quality is a tad sketchy.. I for sure am going to see it in the theaters, but untill then I am watching this copy. Its pretty good and from what I have watched (the first 5 mins) everything is good enough to be watched (picture is good enough so you can see wats going on, and sound is ok, but if you have headphones it will make it a lot better)

1. You wont see a screener of this movie, i promise you that.

2. There will be dvd rips, eventually, the dvd hits around a month before revolutions, im told... so wait for that...

3. Your best bet will be to wait for a ts svcd copy from centropy or something... they have been on point with most of the below dvd level copies, and have turned out A grade copies, telesyncs, and what not... look at daredevil, and x2 of recent, for examples... when will one hit, id say within the next two weeks, or so, would be my guess...

A TRUE SCREENER is what production companies, and studios send out around oscar time, etc.... are we any where near oscar time? nope.... the other times they come out, are when studios are loose with their viewings, media wise, and will sometimes send screeners to media outlets... this was NOT the case with Reloaded... WB has already stated to that fact, as anyone who wanted to see it early, promo release, had to see it at a private showing, reel based, with ultra security... i would bet 10&#036; they didnt even make dvd screeners for this.

if you go to www.vcdquality.com and look for the release you are downloading you can view a preview image of the movie and there are comments about the quality of the release too. i have the esoteric release, its watchable but the camera wobbles a fair bit

No screener of daredevil yet (*edit, there is now, but it took almost 3 months after release...*), no screener of x2 yet? Most times you wont see screeners... all these piracy noobs see a few screeners, and think, omg, every movie must have a screener, when in fact, its the minority that actually do... Go look at vcdquality... the main page, look at what movies have screeners, the few that do, are mostly idie and or small films, etc... most commercial releases there, dont have them...

1. Cams: cams are done with a video camera, or digital cam, old school bootlegging to be precise, just someone with a cam, in the theater, recording the flick.

2. TELECINE (TC) -
A telecine machine copies the film digitally from the reels. Sound and picture should be very good, but due to the equipment involved and cost telecines are fairly uncommon. Quality ranges drastically, check the sample before downloading the full release. A high percentage of Telesyncs are CAMs that have been mislabeled.

4. SCREENER (SCR) -
A pre VHS tape, sent to rental stores, and various other places for promotional use. A screener is supplied on a VHS tape, and is usually in a 4:3 (full screen) a/r, although letterboxed screeners are sometimes found. The main draw back is a "ticker" (a message that scrolls past at the bottom of the screen, with the copyright and anti-copy telephone number). Also, if the tape contains any serial numbers, or any other markings that could lead to the source of the tape, these will have to be blocked, usually with a black mark over the section. This is sometimes only for a few seconds, but unfortunately on some copies this will last for the entire film, and some can be quite big. Depending on the equipment used, screener quality can range from excellent if done from a MASTER copy, to very poor if done on an old VHS recorder thru poor capture equipment on a copied tape. Most screeners are transferred to VCD, but a few attempts at SVCD have occurred, some looking better than others.

5. WORKPRINT (WP) -
A workprint is a copy of the film that has not been finished. It can be missing scenes, music, and quality can range from excellent to very poor. Some WPs are very different from the final print (Men In Black is missing all the aliens, and has actors in their places) and others can contain extra scenes (Jay and Silent Bob) . WPs can be nice additions to the collection once a good quality final has been obtained.

i will say that i believe there is NOT a dvd screener for this film.
if any of you listen to howard stern regularly you would know that
he gets dvd screeners from studios alot and talks about them when he does.
but most times he has to go to private screenings in a theater. for reloaded
he had to do just that. he saw it monday in a theater so i believe they aren&#39;t releasing a dvd screener. he gets special treatment from movie studios for
screening because he then spends about an hour talking about the film
the next morning on his show. i know this doesn&#39;t prove that screeners aren&#39;t
out there but stern is a huge matrix fan and if there was a dvd screener i

Well, you are entitled to your opinion, but you obviously aren&#39;t a Matrix &#39;nerd&#39; like the most of us. I for one, have seen the original Matrix approximantly 22 times. I have seen it so much that I cant watch the DVD any more. Most of the people that are downloading it are doing it for many reasons.. I am doing it because:


-I am grounded untill June 13 and can&#39;t see a movie until then
-The screener I am downloading as we speak is exceptionally good quality
-I know I will want to see this movie more then once because from waht I have heard it is very confusing

Nah not a problem. The more people using bittorent the better. Although this thread probably wasnt the best place to post this question...anywho. Bittorrent is another file downloading program. You can read about it and download it here (http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/). It works best when a file has just been released cuz the speed is based on the amount of people downloading (at the same time your downloading you are also uploading). If you want .torrent files to download (such as Reloaded) then check out these sites:

Rars are just like zip files. If you dont have anything to extract them use winace. Itll extract most formats. Once you have it installed right click the first rar file and choose extract to...whatvever directory. Cheers :D

If you really want reloaded, don&#39;t use Kazaa. Use either IRC or bittorrent to get it. If you don&#39;t want a CAM, get a Telesync since it&#39;s better quality but still someone using a camera. Hashes are in the verifieds but use those hashes as a guide to get it on Bittorrent or IRC. Better yet, a screener might come out soon so wait for that. ^_^

An even better idea is to see it in theaters as I did. Did the movie wonders after seeing it in theaters then on my comp. Good luck.

Kazaa isn&#39;t the plaxce to get new places... especially high-quality ones. Use Bittorrent since IRC can take awhile to learn and set-up. Search the board about BT and you&#39;ll come up with plenty.

IMO, the best version out there is the AMP (or centropy) version. Hashes are posted in the verifieds and use those as a guideline to look for in the BT sites.

my only problem using bittorrent is my HD space. i don&#39;t have 2.4 gigs to spare for that file. and that&#39;s after diskcleanup, removing ad/spyware, and uninstalling/removing some programs i can do with out. i&#39;m getting a new computer in a couple of months with 80 gigs HD + adding 120 gigs space later. oh well, i guess i&#39;m jsut gonna have to wait. by then they&#39;res probably gonna be some authentic reloaded files to be had on kazaa.

I dont know about anyone else but im getting horrible d/l speeds from bit torrent trying to get matrix 2.
Since i started i have uploaded like 560mb and downloaded like 150mb&#33;
It will run fully maxed out on the upload but about one fifth or less of my capable download speed.
At that rate its gunna take forever&#33;(or 326 hours apparentley)

Actually I posted the official files a couple days ago.. Actually the day it came out :rolleyes: .. Erm, but yeah.. They are small and shitty quality, but they are definitly good for us 56kers.. Check the verifieds for my thread.. I posted the TMD release (first one on kazaa, btw)

It is typically encoded in divx (which shrinks the file size immensely) and the resolution is shrunk. This does lead to a loss in quality, but it also gives a much more manageable filesize (espechially for the 56k users).

ive just downloaded the SVCD version 2.3gb from Bit Torrent, but it wont play, ive extracted the .bin files but it wont play in windows media playeror realplayer says encounted an unknown problem, could some1 please tell me what to do, i begt of u, i must see the movie, ill be in debt with who ever solves this problem :rolleyes:

i think the centropy is the best quality, but they are like 3 800 odd mb files. I just downloaded the divx rip on bittorrent and encoded it back into svcd, some lose of quality but its still very watchable.
There was a suppposed dvd-rip, turned out to be a porn fake i think, it said on suprnova.

Use a program called vcdgear (search google) to convert the bins into MPEGs, which will then burn as an SVCD (if its the centropy version you got). Dont worry about the 800 megs, itll fit on a CD, just make sure its a 80min CD-R. Nero makes it smaller and will fit in into every last space on the disc. enjoy the film. watch it in your home dvd player (maybe it wont play SVCD&#39;s) if so, watch it in Power DVD.

The hash gives a filename which i put into the filename on k-sig, then put in length (i.e. 800000) for example and then put in hash i.e. =zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz=.

But when a file is created it was only 107MB&#33;

Is there something im doing wrong or misunderstanding?

Hey i got the 700 odd mb Divx version from torrentse.cx before it got shut down.
some nice young fella put the SVCD&#39;s into one nice file :D
which i then proceeded to burn back to SVCD (ok some loss of quality but its sweet still).

But my point being, isnt this 700mb version floating about Kazaa by now somewhere? I suppose its hard for peeps to find because of the amount of fakes.

you can download these 3 parts, the matrix reloaded, from hear, the come from a sever about 60kbs which is canstant and fast, and the quality us verygood, ifts beter and faster than kaza, get it first before the all jump on it, takes about 1 hr for part 1 and 2 each and 35mins for part 3, enjoy this...

u should be able to get one in the verifieds all right - there was a VCD of it out an age ago, there should be a decent quality of it out.
