We broke down and bought an XBox 360 and a couple of games. I needed something to cheer me up this week, even though I've only played it for about an hour total - the controller is too big for my wee hands. The boys are happy though, so that makes me happy. :)

What are glow plugs? O_O

# This is the plug that is used to help ignite the fuel in a model engine. The combustion of the fuel in the engine keeps the element hot between cycles, thus the glow plug does not need to be regulated or powered while the engine is running
www.warrixflyinggroup.co.uk/Articles/Treminology.htm

# The heat source for igniting the fuel/air mixture in the engine. When starting the engine a battery is used to heat the filament. After the engine is running, the battery can be removed. The wire filament inside the plug is kept hot by the "explosions" in the engine's cylinder. (See next heading and "Idle Bar" Plug.)
www.towerhobbies.com/intros/introdictionary.html

# A heated element that causes the fuel to burn. The plug has a steady glow instead of an intermittent spark.
www.rc-airplane-advisor.com/rc-airplane-definitions.html

# Glow plugs are used to heat the combustion chamber of diesel engines in cold conditions to help ignition at coldstart. In the tip of the glow plug is coil of a resistance wire which heats up when electricity is connected.

Thanks

I'll still don't quite understand

He's inventing something to run vehicles on vegie oil instead of fossil fuels.

They already do. You just need to put clean vegetable oil in a diesel engine and it works. No adaptation required.

I was wondering when one of my posts would show up on this thread. I'm just surprised it's not the mauve one. ;)

Edit: Tho I have to agree with http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/p-ali-g-borat-movie-post1590615/postcount79 as my nomination.
